On The Issue of Scales

I don’t use a scale anymore, I stepped off my last one and immediately threw it out. I have never regretted that choice. I don’t want a number to define me. Big girl, heavy girl, light girl, you look like you’ve lost weight girl, you’re looking a little bit chubby, girl.
